Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped via HuaHan Logistics. We have partnered with HuaHan Logistics to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your products.

2. Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped promptly.

3. Shipping Timeframe

After your order has been processed and shipped, please expect a delivery time of 6-10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through HuaHan Logistics' tracking system.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The total cost will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs agency.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work closely with HuaHan Logistics to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Creation Of Beauty disclaims all liability for any logistical issues, including but not limited to lost, stolen, or delayed packages, once the order has been transferred to HuaHan Logistics for delivery. Upon shipment, all risk of loss and title for the products pass to the purchaser, and Creation Of Beauty shall not be held responsible for any failure of HuaHan Logistics to deliver the products in a timely manner or for any loss or damage incurred during transit. It is the purchaser's responsibility to address any claims for such issues directly with HuaHan Logistics.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the update.

Fulfillment Locations & Split Shipments

We fulfill products from three locations. Depending on the items in your order, you may receive up to three separate packages, shipped directly from the manufacturing partners that produce those specific products. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment, and there are no extra shipping charges for split shipments. Packages may arrive on different days but very close to each other.
