Returns

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, if ordered during our special sale your brush must be working properly (same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact our Customer Support staff at

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specific time period of days.

If you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results before 90 days from the date of purchase, you may return the Ruby Hair Growth & Repair Brush for a refund of the purchase price with an 18% service fee, less the Sales tax.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@creationofbeautyco.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: All customers who purchase during a sale and receive any free gifts must return all free gifts along with the original product in order to receive a refund. This policy is in place to prevent abuse, as we have experienced customers ordering during sales solely to obtain the free gift and then returning only the purchased item.

Consumable Products Policy:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any consumable products, including but not limited to hair serums, supplements, shampoo, conditioner, or any items intended to be applied to the body or ingested. This policy is in place to comply with FDA regulations and sanitary guidelines, as we cannot resell or restock products once they have left our facility. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase.These measures allow us to continue offering generous promotional bundles while protecting the integrity and safety of our products for all customers
